Too Good to Go Bags
are gaining in popularity, intended to cut down on food waste by
offering food close to sell by date at discounted prices they are
in fact becoming popular adding a bit of chance and excitement as
the buyer does not know the contents, it is a bit pot luck but you
will get Value For Money. Although products within the bag
are close to sell by dates some are often OK for freezing.
Many different retailers participate and these 'secret' bags are
ordered and paid for by a phone app. Cost per bag is between £2
and £5 and probably more suitable for families than individuals.
In view of their popularity I am going to try
out a few and post a video of my findings, good or bad.
